Arbitration is a procedure in which a dispute is submitted, by agreement of parties, to one or more arbitrators who making a binding decision on the disputes. In choosing arbitration, the parties opt for a private dispute resolution procedure instead of going to court. It is basically a mechanism for resolving dispute between two or more parties. It is a basically a form of alternative dispute resolution. It is a way to resolve dispute outside the judiciary court, the dispute will be decided by one or more persons, which renders the “arbitrator reward”.
