Andrew is the Founder and Principal-partner of Intercede Center for Arbitration and Mediation. Andrew has been involved in handling disputes via litigation, mediation, negotiation and other forms of Alternative Dispute Resolutions (“ADR”) for some years now. He is penchant for and through assisting conflicting parties in achieving a transformative and sustainable resolution.His resilient and robust approach to resolving issues meticulously has been highly effective.

With an array of experience in the oil and gas sector where he worked and played roles in community/oil company dispute resolutions, it is not far-fetched knowing where he got the passion for resolving disputes, thereby inspiring the formation of ICAM. Coupled with this and on retiring from the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation (Eleme Petrochemical Company Limited Port Harcourt) where he worked for twenty-five (25) years, Andrew veered into law practice and has a post call experience of over seventeen (17) years. He served with the Rivers State Judiciary Customary Court of Appeal, Rumuogba, Port Harcourt as the Chairman Customary Court, Okwuzi from 2009 - 2012. He later founded Intercede Solicitors, a private law firm. His interest in ADR further propelled him to establish the Intercede Center for Arbitration and Mediation (ICAM).

Andrew is a fellow of the Institute of Chartered Mediators and Conciliators (ICMC) and a member of Nigerian Bar Association, Omoku Branch. He is also a neutral facilitator of the Federal High Court Alternative Dispute Resolution Centre (FHCADRC). He is a strong evaluative Mediator with a transformative approach and is an expert at getting parties to the table. He implements a unique hybrid of conflict resolution skills or techniques which contributes to high settlement rate. He is renowned for successfully settling disputes between families, communities and organizations. He also has a keen ability to manage high-conflict/complex issues, while assisting parties to achieve a mutually beneficial consensus. He is widely regarded for his integrity towards a peaceful approach to dispute resolution.
